Cypress Resources Awarded MTI Deliberate Development Contract from HQ Air Education Training Command (AETC) – JBSA LACKLAND, TX

Cypress Resources, Inc. (Cypress) is proud to announce that it has been awarded a five-year, $5.3M, contract for Deliberate Development with the AETC, in support of the Air Force Basic Military Training (BMT) and Human Performance (HP) program at the 37th Training Wing at JBSA LACKLAND, TX.
The scope of the contract extends to provide HQ AETC a set of key analytic services via advanced survey methodology, statistical and data analysis, and human capital assessments to develop and enhance leaders within the 737th Training Group (TRG) and 37th Training Wing (TRW). The Government’s objective is to ensure leaders and airmen obtain the tools and skills necessary to navigate safety and wellbeing given today’s most mentally challenging scenarios, while implementing organizational and behavioral change strategies. This collective effort will grow tomorrow’s leaders and enhance the Human Performance of all members of the 37th TRW.
