How to best drive engagement among the key stakeholders of your strategy

Working together, while apart, has never been more critical. And, the best way to foster a working together environment is to drive engagement around something meaningful…both to your organization and your team.

The problem is most key stakeholders lack a system for engaging in strategy implementation. But herein lies a beautiful opportunity.

Use the following best practices to improve your key stakeholder engagement around strategy:

1) Start with the end in mind – Have each key stakeholder describe the Objective of the strategy work they’ll own.

2) Set clear milestones – Have each stakeholder define in clear, measurable, time-defined terms the results they’ll achieve.

3) Foster a “What would have to be true?” feedback protocol – Have team members provide solutions by replacing obstacles with solutions.

Use these best practices to engage your key stakeholders better around strategy implementation and increase your teams’ success.

I work with leaders to implement strategy to achieve goals and success faster.
