How to develop your leaders in strategy implementation for more success

Your team understands the importance of a sound strategy.

Your team also understands the need for focus.

The problem is most leaders never get developed in creating the roadmap required for successful executions.

The good news is there are three simple principles you can use now to start your #leadership development plan:

1) How your organizational “WHY” is described should adjust contextually as your #implementation plan cascades through your organization.

2) WHAT you plan to achieve should always map to WHY you’re seeking to achieve it.

3) Alignment occurs through the process of leaders taking ownership of the organization’s designated results.

For your #team to know why they’re doing what they’re doing, you need to have a cascading organizational-wide implementation plan.

Your “WHY” needs to adjust to the context of what your employees are doing and how you’re going to get there.

So, when you’re building a strategy, constantly ask yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing, what you want to achieve, & why you want to achieve it.

This will ensure what you’re building is tied to your WHY.
