How to make sure your team knows their role & success in strategy implementation

by | Jun 5, 2021 | Blog

Strategy is nothing without action, & implementation is everything. So why don’t we talk about every detail of successful #implementation as often as we talk about strategy?

Building alignment across your teams & company is a huge part of implementing strategy, & it begins at the top.

Letting your team know that you see their hard work & they’re all a part of the bigger picture helps build ownership, trust, & morale.

Make them feel like they’re a part of something bigger. Tell them what they’ve achieved is connected to the entire organization’s goals, & help them understand how their role fits into the overall strategy.

It doesn’t matter how good your strategy is if it’s not being executed. At the same time, it doesn’t matter how well-executed a #strategy is if nobody understands why.

By creating a tactical #roadmap everyone can understand & follow, you’ll be able to plan out your strategy & ensure every #team member executes their task in line w/ the company’s overall goal.

Suppose you had a systematic process for executing strategy? You’d have a better chance of making that process visual & easy to understand by everyone on your team.
