How to best identify your strategy gaps, so implementation success is a lock

You’ve been thinking a lot about your strategy for 2022. In fact, you’re following the same process as in the past…small off-site, reengage the team in September, narrow your focus by November, & then make it pretty by the end of the year.

Unfortunately, most follow the same old process & get lackluster results accompanied by lame excuses.

I mean, of course, market conditions changed…did we not anticipate that?

To make sure you’re #strategy doesn’t fall victim to lameness in 2022, make sure you do a thorough assessment to determine the following:

1) How does your organization clarify & test #implementation assumptions?

2) What system does the organization have in place to test customer adoption or market need assumptions?

3) What system does the organization have in place to validate competitor assumptions?

4) What system does the organization have in place to test internal capabilities required to execute?

5) What system does the organization have in place to monitor changing dynamics to critical assumptions?

To determine your strategy implementation maturity level, an assessment can go a long way to ensure your success is a lock.
